Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Who We Are
RevMed ("we", "us", "our") provides a done-with-you clinic buildout program for qualified applicants. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have, including your choices about text (SMS) messages.
Information We Collect
When you submit an application on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your full name, email address, phone number, the market or city you are interested in, answers to qualification questions (including capital availability, interest in a physical location, and weekly time commitment), and your free-form message about your goals.
When you browse the site, we may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This information is used to operate and improve the site.
This site uses the Meta Pixel from Meta, the LinkedIn Insight Tag from LinkedIn, and the Google Ads tag from Google to measure advertising performance. These tools may process pages visited, browser and device information, IP addresses, and advertising cookies. We do not provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, application answers, or enhanced-conversion data to these tags. Learn more at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/, https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy, and https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Ad measurement tools from Meta, LinkedIn, and Google are not used for visitors in the EU/EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Canada, or when the visitor's region cannot be determined or the region lookup fails. We do not display a consent banner anywhere. Outside these regions, these tools support advertising measurement and optimization, unless blocked by Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, or a saved cookie-consent choice. Google Ads application conversions are not yet active.
When advertising measurement is permitted, a successful clinic or distributor application may also send a Lead event to Meta through its Conversions API. This contains an application-type label, event time and unique event identifier, the page URL without query parameters, IP address, browser user agent, and existing Meta advertising cookies when present. The browser and server use the same event identifier to avoid counting the application twice. We never send application names, emails, phone numbers, answers, health information, or hashed customer identifiers through this reporting. Reporting is excluded from administration and sign-in pages. Events blocked when they occur are not sent later.
You can stop future advertising reporting by enabling Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser; these choices are checked before application events are sent. You can also manage provider advertising preferences at https://myadcenter.google.com/, https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences/, and https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/advertising. Contact us using the details below with privacy or advertising opt-out requests.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to review your application, contact you about the program, schedule strategy sessions, provide the services you purchase, send you service and marketing communications you have consented to, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS / Text Messaging
Consent to receive messages. SMS consent is optional. Only if you check the SMS consent box on the application form do you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from RevMed and its authorized agents at the number you provided. These messages may relate to your application, scheduling, and program updates, and may include marketing and promotional messages about RevMed's clinic buildout program. Submitting the application without checking the box does not enroll you in text messages.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Frequency depends on where you are in the application and enrollment process.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase of goods or services other than the messaging itself, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
Help and support. Text HELP to the number you received a message from, or contact us using the information below, for assistance.
No sharing of numbers. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
How to Opt Out of SMS Messages
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time:
Reply STOP. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us and we will stop sending you messages from that program. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
Other keywords. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to opt out.
Contact us. You can also opt out or ask us to remove your number by contacting us using the information in the Contact section of this policy.
Opting out of marketing texts will not affect service-related communications necessary to complete a transaction you requested, such as scheduling confirmations for a session you booked.
Email Communications
If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us. We may still send administrative emails related to your application or any engagement.
How We Share Information
We may share your information with service providers who help us operate the site and communicate with you (for example, website hosting, scheduling, CRM, and messaging platforms) under contracts that restrict their use of your information. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.
Data Retention and Security
We retain application information for as long as needed to evaluate your application, provide services, and comply with legal requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date below reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
