Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an application, or otherwise engaging with RevMed, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site. These terms apply to your use of the website and the application process; the purchase of any services is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

2. Who We Are

RevMed provides a done-with-you clinic buildout program for qualified applicants. Throughout these terms, “RevMed”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to RevMed and its affiliated operating entities. “You” refers to the individual submitting an application or visiting this site.

3. No Professional, Medical, or Legal Advice

Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice.

We are not your physician, your attorney, or your accountant. You are solely responsible for engaging your own licensed medical provider to author and approve all clinical content and protocols, and your own attorney for entity formation, contracts, licensing, and compliance review in your state. Clinical practice decisions, treatment decisions, and all regulatory compliance remain yours.

4. No Earnings or Outcome Guarantees

Nothing on this website is a promise, guarantee, or projection of revenue, profit, or business outcome. Any figures referenced, including estimated build costs or operating expenses, are illustrative ranges and are not assurances of what you will spend or earn.

Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, location, execution, hiring, capital, and local regulations. We make no representation that any clinic, patient volume, or financial result will be achieved.

5. Application Process

Submitting an application does not create a client relationship, contract, or any right to enroll in the program. All applications are reviewed, and we reserve the right to decline any application for any lawful reason, including failure to meet the stated qualifications.

You represent that the information you submit in your application is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.

6. Program Scope

The program fee, when an agreement is signed, covers the consulting engagement described on this website and in the signed agreement. It does not cover third-party costs such as equipment, software, inventory, premises, staffing, or working capital, which are contracted and paid by you directly. RevMed takes no margin, commission, or rebate on any third-party vendor, platform, or equipment.

7. SMS and Email Communications

By submitting the application form and providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from RevMed and its authorized agents at the number provided, including application updates, scheduling, program information, and marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive. Text HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

By providing your email address, you consent to receive email communications from us related to your application and, where you have opted in, marketing emails. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, frameworks, processes, and materials provided as part of the program, is owned by RevMed or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written consent, except for your own internal use of program materials delivered to you under a signed agreement.

9. Confidentiality

If you receive non-public information from us about the program, pricing, vendors, or frameworks, you agree to keep it confidential and use it only to evaluate or participate in the program. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or independently developed by you.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

This site may link to or reference third-party services, such as video hosting, scheduling, or messaging platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevMed and its owners, members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities, arising from or relating to your use of this website or the application process.

Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of this website or your application is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, and it does not limit liability for the services we deliver, which is governed by the signed agreement.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevMed and its owners, members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of law or regulation, or your operation of any business, including any clinic you open.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing suit, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct discussion for 30 days.
